Returns and Refunds Policy

All Returns must go though our Returns Procedure which can be found at the bottom of our Web Pages under Customer Service Header.


Non Faulty Goods

1. You have 14 Days from Purchase to Cancel your Order. (Total Days with Refund = 28 Days)

(a) We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.

(b) We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

(c) We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

(d) We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.

(e) We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 


Faulty Goods

2. You can report Faulty goods though our Returns Procedure to obtain an RMA Number

(a) you have 30 days to report a Fault with your goods, after 30 Days you have to go though the Manufactures Returns Procedure.

(b) If directed by Manufacture to Return the Product to Us please fill in form via Returns Procedure under Customer service Header (Found at the Bottom of our web Pages) and attach and communications you have between you and the Manufacture.

(c) All Returns must have Relevant paperwork from us or the Manufacture with any reference numbers etc. and copy of any communications between you and the Manufacture.

(d) Faulty Goods will be Exchanged like for like or sent back to Manufacture for Repair. Depending or what was advised.


Improper Returns

3. If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product: 

(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product; 

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and 

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you. 


Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
